If Pacer heat shrink tubing is just as good, I'd definitely give it a try. I have some wiring to do in the spring, so I'll be making a purchase.
I highly recommend Temco 3:1 adhesive lined shrink tube.... You can buy from their site Temcoindustrial.com or they are on eBay too. Great price if buying in bulk for things like battery lugs (qty 10 or more) and heat shrink.
For fiberglass & epoxy I go to Fiberglass Coatings. One of my favorite products is their Superbond epoxy. It's a 1-1 mix that is already thickened & really easy to use. They have a new brushable gelcoat that they can color match if you provide a sample. I haven't tried it but it sounds interesting.
