I ordered some Caviness oars from WestMarine.com -
CAVINESS Deluxe Wooden Oars at West Marine
The product title and the description uses the word "oars" and since this is plural, I assumes that the item is for a pair of oars. A few days later I receive the package - but to my surprise, there is only 1 oar and not 2 as I assumed. So I again check the website and again I see the word "oars". I then write to WestMarine querying my order. I received their reply a few hours later;
"
So very sorry for the misunderstanding. The word oars on the website is telling you that we have several sizes available.
I have ordered you the second oar with no cost of shipping to you. I have place the order for the second oar in the same order that you placed on the website.
It should be shipping out of our warehouse today or tomorrow.
Thank you for shopping West Marine."
