I bought a Watt & Sea hydrogenerator a few months back and have so far used it to get from
Gibraltar to Cabo Verde (10 days all up). It's the 300W long leg model
It stopped
charging last week. The controller displays a group of 4 red flashes, for which the manual's instructions tell me to contact the distributor, in this case being Watt & Sea.
Despite my plea of urgency, I haven't heard from them, and as a previous encounter with them over a broken propellor left me slightly underwhelmed with their customer
service prowess, I thought I should look for help elsewhere.
So here I am, on the forum.
I just want to ask if anyone else has had the same issue and what was the outcome?
