Re: The Ultimate Beer Bottle Insulator
That's an interesting product. Why not just pour it into a thermos though? Good beer is supposed to be poured....something about releasing the aromas and taste is mostly aroma. I have noticed differences between poured and non-poured beer but not much. I guess my palate is not as refined as some.

I'm also a cervezaphile and I agree with you but my wife won't let me keep dedicated real beer glasses on the boat except two goblets I use for heavier beers.

Why can't you have beer glasses? We have had a set of 6 wineglass's for forever. We just put each in a sock, preferably clean, until needed.

Re: The Ultimate Beer Bottle Insulator
I like it, but I think it is much more efficient to drink the beer rather than let it sit around getting warm. I don't think I need one.

I called fooey on some of her stuff.
Women are wiley. She goes out and buys stuff she really doesn't want along with a few things she does. She knows I will complain about clutter. When I do she offers to get rid of a few things (that she doesn't really want) but only if I agree to get rid of a few of my things... so you see how it goes.
She is a pirate.

Well then call them flower vases or something to brighten up the boat 🍺+🌷= 🎉. I get the same thing for tools and spare parts, until we need them.

Re: The Ultimate Beer Bottle Insulator
If you need a beer coozie, you're obviously not drinking fast enough

Re: The Ultimate Beer Bottle Insulator
In the bahamas I was very very lucky to find the occasional good beer - there just is not a good selection. So you end up drinking a lot of Kalik/Sands and they taste better cold. Real cold
Its nice to have a few of these insulators on hand to put into the dink to take to the beach rather than having to bring a whole cooler.

Yes, the solution to the problem is just that simple. Drink faster.

Re: The Ultimate Beer Bottle Insulator
Old Tusker beer in Mombasa Kenya with ice on the bottle.
I recommend everyone try it once!
Is it still available in 2015?
