Small Alum Fishing Boat Looking for product to seal aluminum

Hi Everyone

Lurker here. I have a 14 ft fishing boat that my Grandfather left me. I'm re-building the transom and was hoping someone could direct me to a product that might end and seal the aluminum corrosion? I take her to sea a couple times a year but that seems to take it's toll no matter how much I rinse her off.

A lot depends on the alloy of aluminum used..... I have an 18' Grumman canoe that is used almost exclusively in salt water, and is 30 years old!

I rinse with fresh, the spray WD-40 all over after she dries.
