In the US at least, at Sherwin-Williams paint stores.

If you are not in a marine area, they will probably have to bring it in for you.

However, most marine areas Sherwin Williams stores will have it in stock.

If you want the slow ablative, you may have to order it, as the powerboat market is far larger and uses a much faster, harder formulation as noted in my article.

That said, the hard stuff works fine as well.
