Sailmaker Recommendation Needed

I'm shopping for a new "performance" main for my Hanse 370. Even though it's a cruising boat I do Club racing weekly and distance races (65nm +) several times a season, in addition to lots of cruising. Every sailmaker has its own "favorite" and prices have ranged fro $2500-8500!

Since I don't have access to a local sailmaker that option's not available. So I would like to hear about your good (and bad) sailmaker experiences as well as sail fabrics that might fit the bill.
