Questions about bottom Paint

I have recently purchased a new 2021 Hanse 388. I intend on sailing and keeping it in the tropics. I am seeking information on a bottom paint. My choices appear to be Trinidad Pro, SeaHawk Sharkskin or Interlux. The high copper variants for tropical use are Trinidad HD or SR.

Interlux also has a high quality paint option. I can also apply an ablative over the hard bottom paint.

This is all new to me and I would love some feedback. From what I have read i can't go wrong with either Trinidad or Interlux. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. This is my first sailboat.

Thanks,

Thanks,

In the Caribbean, I've used Interlux Micron 66 with Irgarol and it was OK. I also tried Pettit Trinidad Pro with Irgarol and it was pretty good until 3 weeks at Le Marin, Martinique where it seemed to attract orange sponge. Pettit recommended their new Barracuda ablative which I've now used for the last two seasons in the Caribbean and it's been the best yet, by far. It's now called Odyssey Triton. You might need to look for it, though.
