Opinions on a 4.5hp Mercury

Need input/opinions on a 1982 4.5hp Mercury 2 stroke short shaft outboard. Serial# 6074629. Its in good shape, both mechanically and cosmetically.
I have done the research but wanted to get yall opinions on this motor. Use for this will be on a 1990 10' Achillies Inflatable in very good condition.

Not familiar when the models changed, but I have a 90's model that runs like a top.

I have a well used late 80's 2.2hp Merc. No shroud anymore. No gears, turn around for reverse. Many, many hours and still great compression. I use it on a utility boat, as long as the gas is good or stabilized it runs great. Used parts can be found on ebay. Maybe your local Craigs List. Carb kit and tune up stuff are available on line and better marine stores. Auto part stores usually have the plug, points and condenser.
