Moisture meter brands - any recommendations?

Now that I have sunk to owning a cored boat, I spend my waking hours stressing out and worrying about de-lamination and osmosis.

Can anyone recommend a good quality moisture meter. If I'm going to go nutty about this, I might as well do it "scientifically".
