Looking for reviews of charter companies

Is there anyplace where I could read reviews about charter companies? As this would be our first charter I am thinking we need at least a captained or possibly fully crewed boat.

We have some experience I grew up on the gulf coast of Texas and sailed small boats as well as Flats fishing power boats, my husband was a deckhand commercial fisherman in Alaska for several years but we have been landlocked in the mountains for the last 20 years and only owned power boats for lake use.

I'd like to take an early retirement in a few years and buy either a large sailboat or possibly a trawler..for the Caribbean/South America/Bahamas husband is thinking condo in the same area. I do think that he would enjoy the live aboard instead of the condo as we are big travelers and prefer not to be on top of other people all the time but when he thinks live aboard he remebers Alaska lol not the Caribbean. So I'm looking to book a charter next year sometime to give him a taste of the life and hopefully tempt him so I'd like it to be a great experience
