Hull Hugr Dock bumpers

I am looking for input on Kwik Tek Hull Hugr dock bumpers. Have any members experience with these?
In particular, reference to HHB-24. These are 24"x4"x2.5" and mount directly to the dock.
My reason is to hopefully negate the use of fenders on my boat by using the noted bumpers.
My boat is 28', 9000 lbs. My dock is located in a very protected backwater and not subject to undo wave action.
