You should maybe try a more specific subject line. Many people might associate "help" with some kind of distress. Maybe if you put something like "looking for info on dripless shaft system" you would get a more focused response.

Near the top of the page, right hand corner, there is a tab that says "Search". Click on that, and go down to the Google Custom Search, and enter Dripless Shaft seals. That should find you a number of CF threads about the subject.

As a previous commenter wrote "search" and you say you want product information, why not simply go to the producers directly by using the world's most powerful communication tool, i.e. the internet? By "shaft protector" do you mean some kind of cutter if you ran over a line?
