Cooper 316

Anyone have any experience with a Cooper 316. Smaller version of a 353. I am looking at it as well as a Cooper Seabird 37, and a couple Ericson 35s. Any advice or experiences with any if these models would be appreciated. The Cooper 316 is tempting as the price is good and maintenance is up to date. But I'm finding very little info on the web. I know it was built in BC and of decent build quality. A bit nervous about a bolt on keel, mostly because I wanted the stability of a larger keel.
