Commercial diesel polisher needed

Hi, I am looking for a reputable company in the Jensen Beach, FL area that performs diesel polishing. I have a 66 gallon tank that randomly clogs the pickup tube and collapses the primer bulb. When this happens I am able to blow down the tube connected to the primer bulb and dislodge the particles to get the engine started again.
