Cold Galvanizing Coating after using OSPHO

I'm aware paints of various types can be applied after using OSPHO, but does anyone know of or tried cold galv over it? The people at Crown, the manufacturer of the cold galvanizing coating said they tried using a rust converter and the cold galv. peeled off. BUT they didn't use ospho which is 45% phosphoric acid, they used something different.
I cannot seem to find any answer to this question, except to try it and see.

Thanks

Re: Cold Galvanizing Coating after using OSPHO

Are we talking anchors here? I used OSPHO and several spray cans of cold galvanizing. It didn't peel but did not stand up at all well to bottom conditions. No replacement to hot dip galvanizing.
