Checking Shipping / Forwarding Company for Boat Shipping

Hi,
We found a company to transport the newly purchased Boston Whaler 21 ft boat from New England to Livorno, Italy where we will take it over and bring it to Croatia. Transcar Auto Shippers, Inc provided the best quote including pick up, cradle, etc.

I did a little research and did see these guys were registered with BBB in Texas, however have not found any additional information.

Does anyone have experience with them and is there anything we should be concerned about? We are of course going to insure the boat but just wanted to double check (with so many scams going around).
