Bowthruster lewmar 185tt problem

Hi,

Does not work!

When I turn on it on the little relays work and they say "clik" when I push the control stick, but the bow thruster doesn't say the familiar louder click from the relay or contactor.

However, it's can happen within a few minutes of leaving the power on, I hear a loud "clik" and then the propeller operates normally.

Any experience as to what could be this mysterious problem.?

I have gone through the wire connections with wd40, no oxidation, tight connections.
