I'm in the process of doing firmware updates on the system inherited with my boat
; it's not complete yet but I can already give a big thumbs up to Bitstorm's customer support.
The update is complicated because the system is almost 10 years old and hadn't been touched, so needs to jump a couple of generations. I'm not even the original purchaser, but they are bending over backwards to provide me with the update files, explain the (non-standard because waited too long) process, respond promptly to my questions with next steps to try, etc.
