I will give one piece of
advice.. Contrary to what some of the threads say, DO NOT mount the
antenna at your
mast. You want the
antenna adjustable as different onshore
WIFI devices will have different beam patterns.
Sometimes I lower my antenna just one foot and the number of access point I see doubles. The number of points I see at my
mast is ALWAYS way less than I see at about spreader height. The only time that top of the mast seems to help, is when doing extreme long range (over 5 miles) over clear
water .
