Recently, I purchased a BlueSky
MPPT controller from Solarelectricinc.com and have been very satisfied with the quick
delivery and the performance of the unit.
Sept 23rd, I
phone ordered an IPM controller for it from them.
They answered the
phone directly, (no voicemail) and assured me it would be in the mail that day or the next day at the latest.
My bank card has been charged, and I still haven't received either the unit or even an
email response. No
tracking number, nothing.
Their phone number only goes to voicemail.
I've left numerous messages, but nothing has been returned.
Email has bounced as well.
Has anyone else had this problem?
