I would like to install a lee cloth on one of the berths. I cannot find any ready-made ones and would prefer not to have to sew one myself. Any ideas for some alternative product I could re-purpose? Vehicle cargo nets seemed like an alternative are probably too easy to get entangled in one and having it against my body does not seem very comfortable.

Re: What can I use as ready made lee cloth?
Take a blanket and fold it into shape you want then bunch the corners, tie the corners each with a rolling hitch tie it in place pass out…. If you need a support mid length tie the center first.

Personally, I would rather re-purpose a bit of old sail bag, or discarded mainsail cover, and sew it, even by hand. Either of those could be hand sewn while you were listening to music you enjoy, or even semi-watching TV.

I have bought a couple of tarps from this company and the quality is good. I have not used them for lee cloths but I think they might work. At first you might say vinyl is not nice to lean against, but they are tough and easy to clean and don't absorb moisture! 3x6 or 3x5 might work with about a foot fastened under the cushion?
Anything that is not very elastic, if it has any strech it will be almost useless.
I was pretty much sleeping (or trying to) in a net almost on the cabin floor due to a poor choice of cloth.
My 25cents = It has to have non-stretch webbing around whatever cloth you choose.
