I was scouring the internet in search of a figure eight harness I owned years ago, but I guess they don't make em anymore. Anyways, I found this harness.

Do you like it?
Have you tested it for comfort under hanging load?

I think the "figure eight harness" you're thinking of is a Lirakis harness and though I haven't seen one in awhile either, Googling "Lirakis harness" brought me this.
