Sterns 3000 Auto Inflatable Life Jacket

I'm thinking of buying the above. Question--- anyone have any experiance with this model or similar (pill activates auto inflate function) with it inflating inadvertently? like spill your drink on it or heavy rain?
As always I appreciate your thoughts.

I average 3,000+ wet sea miles a year, if I forget to change the salt tablet it goes off about every 18 months, usually quite spontaneously. I now have hydrostatic ones.

I always buy the ones with integral harnesses. More expensive but much more versatile making it less likely you will need it to inflate in 'anger'
