outdated Mustang Survival inflatable

I have two fine Mustang Inflatable PFDs, but the re-arming kits are no longer available. The company is totally unhelpful, saying only that the inflatable and re-arming kits are long discontinued. The re-arming kit is either C10019 or C10014.

Has anyone figured out how to re-arm with other brand kits?

The inflatable uses a 33 gram CO2 cartridge.

Are they even the ones that are approved PFDs? I had a old Mustang inflatable and they stopped making re-arming kits. It was 15 years old though and time for a new one.
