Good day All
Boy I sure like this forum. But to the question at hand. Most likely an old subject but did not find an old thread in the archives. So the question is, you enter customs, you have your vessels documentation and your passport. Are any medical records required? (i.e. shot record)

You should carry a copy of prescriptions for all medications on board.
