Inflatable PFD Bladder Replacement?

I have an older inflatable PFD made by Stearns. It is actually a fishing vest too and I find having a few extra pockets quite handy. My problem is the manual inflation valve separated from the internal bladder and, due to several attempts to glue it back on, I've rendered the valve useless. Now, without a decent valve, the bladder will not hold air.

I'd like to simply acquire a new bladder with a new valve already attached to insert within the vest. Has anyone done this before? If so, where did you acquire the replacement bladder?

Many Thanks,

Mike
