Inflatable Life Jacket Traps and Drowns Girl in Freak Accident

I often speculated that this could happen even with a conventional life jacket. It's also a potential issue if diving inside a shipwreck or cave and you lose your weight belt. This can happen if the buckle is flipped by a piece of wreckage. Especially dangerous if wearing a dry suit.
