I'm fairly sure this is not how to Spear Fish

I've never been spear fishing, but I'm fairly sure this isn't how it's done.
Talk about a pain in the ass...

OMG! It hurts just looking at this!

I wonder if they cut the ends off and shipped him to the hospital or just pulled it out? What happened?

Depends on what one is spear fishing for doesn't it.

Maybe 10 minutes prior he did something like tell his wife she had a big butt, or something equally dangerous.
