Thought it may be a radar array but my boat has radar on the mizzen. I’m sure someone /everyone here but me knows what this is. Thanks in advance. . Can’t figure how to rotate the image. Sorry.

If you are asking about the white bulby thing….

I believe that is a radar reflector….and the stainless part is to prevent the jib from destroying it during a quick tack….as well as a base to mount it…
