Hurricane prep: found this guide

Stumbling through some info on hurricanes in the Florida area, I came across this guide on preparing a boat for a hurricane.

I thought it had some good information that may be useful for anyone unlucky enough to be on a hurricane's target list.

Re: Hurricane prep: found this guide

Boat US has suggestions. Also newspapers in hurricane areas usually publish supplements at least once a year. These local guides are invaluable because they show evacuation routes, identify shelters, give phone numbers and so on. Especially helpful for special needs such as finding shelters that accept pets or going to a shelter where your diabetes can be managed.
