How is "Full Name" handled for MMSI's of mounted VHF radios?

I have a boat that is owned by a company and might be used for non-commercial purposes by multiple captains. The boat has a VHF radio that needs an MMSI number. The boat does not qualify for FCC registration, so I am using Seatow registration.

The problem is that the Seatow registration form asks for a "User Name, a "Full Name" and a "Company Name". Only the user name and full name are required. In my case, the company name is no problem, but how do I handle the "user name" and full name?

If I put my name down, the problem is that the boat might have a different captain when the radio is used with a different name, so it is not really accurate to use my name.

Should I just put the company name for all three entries?

(Just to be clear here, the registration form says OWNER INFORMATION. Well, I am NOT the owner, the company owns the boat, so I don't some false record that records me as an owner of the boat, when I don't own it.)

I thought all US vessels "qualified" for FCC registration, the only question being whether it was mandatory or optional at higher cost than a free voluntary registration, i.e. for non-commercial vessels not leaving US waters?

It would seem that using the corporate name in all instances is proper. Everyone else is just a "guest" if they are non-commercial relationships. No rule against a "guest" using the radios, unless they are required to be licensed for that use, right?

SeaTow would seem to be the ones who have the final opinion in the matter.

When I use the VHF only the boats name is important.. owners names don't enter the equation.

Put the owner's name if the form ask for owner's name. Seems rather obvious...
This will set the owner as the party that the station licence is issued to. The actual skipper is irrelevant, he sails the boat with the psrmission of the owner and is using boat's station.
The actual person that operates the VHF may need an operator's licence (as opposed to station licence referred above). The operator may be anyone of the crew, not necessarely the skipper!

The OP is confused. His boat does not REQUIRE FCC registration, which is different than can not get it.

ANY boat that is eligable for commercial registration could get an FCC registration. The reverse is of course not true.
