Help looking for Jackline - windup device

Has anyone seen or heard of a device that is used to windup your jackline. It is similar to a fire hose reel. It looks like a handle is inserted into the center of the plastic reel and then the handle is turned winding up you jackline. The plastice reel is mounted at the bow rail on the port or starboard.
I saw this on a vessel and have not been able to track it down.

Please help if you have info.

Just more clutter on the boat IMHO if this is indeed what they had.

I'm fairly sure that this is made for a jackline as it looks pretty slick and professionally made. It is bigger in diameter than the picture that is attached and is only about 2 1/2 inches wide. It hold 1 to 1/2 inch wide jackline.

I think you are refering to an Ankarolina, a web anchor line on a reel that can also be used as a jack line.

We used one for years as a stern anchor line while sailing the ICW and ran it around the deck using the deck cleats when we went off shore.

They are pricey if you are just going to use them as jack lines.
