German abducted off the Philippines
Apparently a German has been abducted in the Philippines, near Abu Sayaf's troubled waters. His partner would have been raped and killed according to some preliminary reports. The German sailor had been taken hostage off Somalia a few years ago and freed afterwards. Below a link.
