Gas Safety Action Card Notice - Required

Hi Everyone.

I'm looking for a picture/image of a gas safety action card notice for my boat.

Ideally relating to UK or Europe.

Does anyone have one on there boat they could share?

For some reason, i am struggling to find one relevant to boats online - to buy or even to copy!!

OR even the wording your Gas safety Notice reads on your boat. A picture would be easier for both of us if anyone can snap a picture for me :-)
