My wife and I just outfitted ourselves with some Ocean Rodeo Ignite drysuits for weather
gear. Now we're looking for appropriate deck
shoes to go with the suits, something to actually be used on the rare windy, rainy days during April and October in the Med. Probably looking at low or medium cut neoprene to be used on a teak deck
BTW: Do the black sole neoprene type rubber soles leave black scuffs on the fiberglass
? Not looking for extreme cold type boots, something we hope to wear which are a step up from Sperrys and water
shoes. Good grip is a must, and the drysuits came complete with integral socks, so our feet won't be getting cold while we extend our cruising season.
Note: We have two never worn, as new, Mustang immersion Gumby type suits for sale
@ $300 each still with tags and storage
bags if anyone's interested. They've never been outside the original packaging/storage bags.
