Fish revenge...

A fishing boat captain was impaled and killed by a swordfish.

Macabre perhaps but I kind of wanted to see the guy get stuck in the video. I hooked one of those in the sea of Cortez once, a big one. Thankfully it got away. How do you haul one aboard anyway?

Triggefish will bite you too. Buddy of mine speared one once, did not kill it, and he left it free swimming on the end of the spear shaft...it swam around and bit him in the butt! ;-)

Well, guys, I'm sorry for the guy's survivors, but that was a Darwin moment. What did he think their sword is for?!!!!

Now, about trigger fish, we used to give them the tip of our weight belts to bite on in the dinghy, because they will continue to bite for a long time.
