Emergency Phone Numbers for Sat Phone

Im trying to put together a list of important phone numbers to program into our sat phone for a passage from Annapolis down to the eastern caribbean this fall. So far I have all the US Coast Guard RCC phone numbers, and VISAR for the virigin islands. Im wondering about phone number(s) I could call for medical advice/help dealing with a medical emergency while offshore? Thanks
