Eleven Rescued from Sinking Yacht
Boat Fills With Water In Niagara River, 11 People Rescued - CityNews

Anyone has any details on this? They were rescued because the boat was sinking, but the boat is now tied to a buoy and floating. They hit rocks, but the area is marked, hence the buoy they are tied to. What went wrong, I wonder?
