Document for New Crew

I'm looking for a document that was posted here a few months ago.

It was something a forum member had written for new crew members to give them an orientation to being on their sailboat: watch out for the boom, heeling is normal, how to use the head, etc. It was at several pages long.

I was sure I saved it, but now that I need it, I can't find it anywhere. I tried to search the forum, but I'm not even sure what terms to search on.

Does anyone else recall this and perhaps have a link for it?

Thanks,
-SEC

I remember it....it was some kind of contract and limiting the liability of the owner.

The thread, if I recall generated a lot of "heat"

I seem to recall the checklist as well, although, for some reason I thought the contract thing was different. In the meantime, I know there is a good one here at Dave Leu's site:
Information for Invited Guests | LeuCat Adventures

And I downloaded on from somewhere on the web that was developed by a Lagoon 440 "Carinthia", I believe. I will see if I can locate it and post a link for it. I know I printed it out.

That's the one of which I was thinking! Thanks a million, nodee.
