Being 70 but Feeling 20

We met Dennis Richard a few months ago and were amazed at how healthy is was ... got him to climb to the top of our mast for a photo )

Despite all his health challenges ... amazing!

I try to stay away from the top of masts, lol Connie is over a hundred pounds less weight then I and has become handy with tools over the years !So unless it requires more strength then she has, she do most of the high stuff !(bulbs lubing ect) It works for us LOL not anything to do with my age just my 220 pds !!

True, but I think both Lolarose and Dennis Richard are correct. You don't need a book, you just need to eat healthy, after all you are what you have eaten in the last 12 months.

Can't say enough for having the proper gene pool. You need to pick your parents very carefully.

I tried that when I was a teen but her parents wouldn't let her date me any more once they found out I lived in the slum.
