Life itself almost killed you, that's a fact, so celebrate the angel that stood by you. I2f, you're a lucky man, look forward to welcoming you two in local waters before long.

BWS,

I thought you were sailing to the South Pacific on a different boat?

We hope to be in Hawaii in April, but as you know. Man makes plans, and the Gods laugh. We plan on spending time on Hawaii, Oahu, and Kauai doing some research, and exploring. Then home to the Bay Area. I would love to meet as many members as possible along our path.

You can only imagine how much appreciation Melanie gets..........i2f

Yes, how true. My South Pacific cruising plans as an unhappy married man on a 25 footer sent them rolling around the floor. So I had to make a couple of changes to keep the plan on course - get a bigger boat, and (unfortunately) restore my sanity via a divorce. Check. Fate still calls, I know you understand that part, delays must be accepted graciously, while the Gods regain their composure ...

Aloha to you both ... BWS

Hopefully things will smoothen out, and you will be on your way soon. Sometimes a good old belly laugh from the Gods can be discouraging. Like everything else in life we just push through it. You just dust yourself off, and take the next step........i2f
