26.5 mm flare gun in Mexico

Does anyone know if a 26.5 mm flare gun is legal in Mexico?

Whatever someone drums up as the law I'd only suggest that there is some serious latitude provided to the Mexican Marines and Navy (who would probably be doing the inspecting). There aren't a lot of laws enforced equally nationwide here.

More to the point, make sure you hide that .45/.410 ammo really well.

Now why would I want .45/.410 ammo?
Seriously 26.5mm has some serious flares available which are way better than the 12 gauge
