I'm currently planning a transatlantic voyage from Europe
to the Caribbean
. I've got "world voyage planner" by jimmy cornell, but found it to be more general info. The stuff you pretty much figure out on your own when reading forums/blogs, but then boiled down and combined in a handy book.
I'm now considering buying
"world cruising routes" from the same author to help me with the practical planning of the voyage. Is it a very useful book for this? What sort of info is in there that would be of use for me?
And what are the big differences between the 5th edition (2002) and the 6th?
