Wind Indicator Display
Can someone explain to me what the white and red dot are telling me on my wind indicator display?

Raymarine call them maximum and minimum wind dots. I think the idea is to reset it once settled on a tack to spot average wind direction and set up for it. ?

Yes. The red dot is maximum apparent wind angle and the white is minimum. They can be reset in Quick Options, and when you power down.
