Tide app

I had a great tide app that was lost in a crash. I think the name was Scarp or something like that. It was free. Can't find it anywhere. The apps I can find for free don't come close to it. I'm in Nova Scotia and some of the apps I've tested only have halifax listed.

Have you heard and know how to get Scarp or can you recommend a good free or low priced app.

Oops sorry, wrong reference. Anyway I use Tides Near Me from Apple App Store that has tides throughout the world. Has numerous tides references for Nova Scotia.

Were you thinking of Shralp Tide?

If not, a good alternative is Ayetides but it costs about $8 in the itunes store. It's been great for me but I'm not sure what the Nova Scotia station coverage is like. Also, as a backup, when I use the ipad up on deck I run Navionics and that shows tidal information too...not sure if you have any nav apps that would dual purpose as a tide app for you too.

SHRALP tide is free.
It uses predicted tide info not actual.
It's graph tool is slick to view tide for a known ETA.

Did a quick search and it did not list Halifax. Maybe an email to developer would add it??

I find it good enough for most applications, but not so accurate when trying to squeeze in one more short haul in a shallow hauling pit...

What tidal stations in Nova Scotia are you looking for?
