It’s doable but we need more information to answer the question.

Type and size of boat and if you plan to cruise non-stop on not.

Depends on the boat. I see yours is a homebuilt 25ftr.. if its this one we would need more info.
Designer, hull material, keel type, age and condition for example..

On say a Sadler 25 or a Hurley 22 I'd have no worries.

Depends on the design of the boat , structural integrity , boat systems , keel , seamanship of the single hander and.much more parameters.

With the right boat and the right attitude you can do it , I have done in a first 26 .

Layout of sail handling and steering gear is a big factor for single handing. How are the winches, cleats, etc positioned relative to wheel/tiller?

Does it have an AP or other kind of self-steering?
