Radar Working but Not Overlaying

Hi,

Have unscrambled Win 11 Com ports and have all signals except for Radar Overlay. Believe I have correct NEMA but did not filter any out. Sending Com port NEMA sentences and PPI (radar) picture.

While I know the Radar is putting images into the PPI window, I'm not convinced that it is exactly correct. I'm in a harbor and there is land on 3 sides, 4th side is about 0.5 miles away. Boats on the dock I'm on, etc.

Also sending snap of Radar Controls, along with the Radar Plug in Window.

I have NO overlap onto the chart. I've read and reread the manual and have to be missing something.
