Pacific Land Storage in Panama or Costa Rica

Anyone who can recommend a ship yard on the Pacific side of the Panama Canal? We like a longtime (10 month) storage on land on a shipyard with a minimum 30 ton Travelift. Sailboat is a Beneteau 57.
This would be a stop between the Panama Canal and the passage to Galapagos.
Panama, Costa Rica or Colombia?
Would like a link to shipyard / marina website.
Thanks / Mats

Re: Pacific Land Storage in Panama or Costa Rica

Are there only marinas for floating mooring and no on-land storage on the Pacific side of Panama Canal???

Re: Pacific Land Storage in Panama or Costa Rica

To my knowledge the marinas around Panama City have no dry storage for larger boats. They have floating docks and slips.

Balboa Yacht Club has a mooring field and a very small boat yard with no dry storage.

Flamenco Marina has a travel lift and boat yard, a host of services on site, but to my knowledge they dont do dry storage.

Astrillero Nacional near Vacamonte, is a shipyard where boat work is also done, but to my knowledge they do not offer dry storage.

Further west in Boca Chica, Carlos has a few moorings and dry storage for trailerable boats.

Golfito,CR has several marinas, but no dry store to my knowledge.

Most cruisers avoid the Pacific coast of Colombia due to security concerns so to my knowledge there are no yacht services there (there are extensive services in Cartagena on the Carib side).

Also see www.noonsite.com for more details on each country.
