NOAA Chart Website Down?
Worked a few days ago when I downloaded all new ENC charts for my new boat computer. Trying to update what's on the laptop at the moment and OpenCPN's chart downloader can't connect...

And I'm getting a "can't reach this page" error when I follow the weblinks to the following URL:

http://www.charts.noaa.gov/ENCs/ENCs.shtml

Yup. Same thing is happening to me--the NOAA chart catalog and download sites are not working last night and this morning (PDT).
